Conventional recruitment methods tend to be subjective, biased and require a lot of time. Evaluait sought to tackle these problems while ensuring platform usability and accessibility for recruiters and candidates by automating the interview process using AI.

Design & Solution:

AI-Powered Interview Interface:

I designed a straightforward and easy-to-use user interface for the AI-powered interviews that enabling candidates to take part in video interviews with natural interaction and automated question processing. The design provided candidates with guidance and helped them feel comfortable during the process.

Real-Time Analytics Dashboard for Recruiters:

I created a robust dashboard that enables recruiters to analyze AI-generated insights on candidates responses, assess their appropriateness and make well-informed choices. Among the dashboards capabilities were sentiment analysis, keyword identification and performance statistics.

Seamless Candidate Experience:

I aimed to develop a straightforward and user-friendly onboarding procedure for candidates that offers them immediate access to the interview process along with feedback and results. Concise guidance and instant notifications provided a seamless and worry-free experience.

Branding & Visual Design:

The platform's modern and streamlined style mirrored the state-of-the-art character of AI-powered recruiting. The purpose of the branding was to boost the trust of corporations and candidates.
